How the winners get picked
Every entry is one ticket. More entries, better odds — nobody is judging your post.
When entries close we publish the final list's fingerprint, so it cannot be edited afterwards.
The randomness comes from a Base block nobody can predict yet — the first block mined after the deadline. Its hash seeds the draw.
The draw code is public, so anyone can run it and land on the same 19 winners.
