Your crew's access code

Anyone on your team uses this to open the board. Write it on the whiteboard, read it over the radio — it is meant to be shared inside your team, and only inside it.

Do these three things now

1. Open the board and turn on alerts. Until one phone has notifications switched on, calls will land on the board but nothing will buzz. The board tells you so in red.

2. Put the code in front of your crew. Whoever is on shift needs it before the first call, not during it.
3. Try it yourself from outside. Send a test call from a phone standing in your area and watch it arrive. Two minutes now beats a surprise later.

Your trailhead poster

One page with a big QR code and your area's name on it. Print it, laminate it, and fix it where people start walking.

A scan also tells us which area they are standing in, so a phone that refuses to share its location still reaches you.
