Welcome to Gibbr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gibbr app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the AgentPay Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Gibbr

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gibbr. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must provide a verified guardian email during signup. By using Gibbr, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your Gibbr ID and QR code.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Gibbr to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person — including any attempt to contact a minor without proper authorization.
• Send spam, scams, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Connections and Privacy Controls

Gibbr uses an approve-first model: no user may message or call you until you approve their connection request. You control your connections, quiet hours, and per-contact settings. You are responsible for the requests you approve. We provide tools to protect you, but you should only connect with people you trust.

Gibbr uses automated machine translation. While we work to provide high-quality translations, automated translation may contain errors or misinterpretations. Do not rely on Gibbr for translations where an error could cause harm (for example, legal, medical, or financial decisions) without independent verification.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Gibbr offers a free tier, a Premium tier at $5/year, and a Business tier at $30/year.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

The Gibbr name, logo, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. You retain ownership of the content you send; you grant us a limited license to process and translate it solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including the emergency and translation features.

11. Termination

You may stop using Gibbr at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
